Logistics and Property Support Manager – TS/SCI Clearance w/CI Poly Required

Job Description
Leffler Consulting is seeking a Logistics and Property Support Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will support the Facilities and Logistics Chief in the areas of logistics, property management, facilities, and supply. This position will be on-site with the government customer and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly.
Duties
- Coordinate troubleshooting for facilities, equipment, and office spaces through a tracked property management system
- Effectively respond to office space data calls, surveys, and office space executive boards
- Maintain the Directorate office floor plan
- Manage furniture and logistics requirements and supplies, including office equipment repairs and maintenance, and supply replenishment
- Maintain updated progress reports for all requests pertaining to additional office space and facility modifications/construction
- Submit and track purchase requests for all Directorate supplies, materials, and equipment
- Maintain stock inventory for all office supplies
- Perform successful audit of all Directorate accountable property by ensuring identification and use in the assigned area, and documenting and reporting any change in status to senior management
Required Education
- High school diploma or GED
Required Experience
- Minimum of five years of government logistics and property management experience
- Proficient in office planning and replenishment flows
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven collaborative approach to working with senior management and co-workers at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player providing excellent customer service skills
- IC and/or DoD experience preferred
