Executive Assistant – TS/SCI Clearance w/CI Poly Required

Job Description
Leffler Consulting is looking for a highly professional and customer-driven Executive Assistant to support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly. The individual will support senior leadership within the Agency and may interact with high-ranking officials within the Intelligence Community, Congress, White House and private sector. An active or current TS/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated counterintelligence scope polygraph (CSP) is required.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of a Senior Executive(s) daily agenda, including appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, preparing traveling itineraries, reviewing incoming mail, and coordinating meeting arrangements
- Prepare and summarize memos, documents, and reports for Senior Executive signature ensuring a timely response and compliance with Agency correspondence guidelines
- Prepare read-ahead material for Senior Executives
- Manage a Senior Executive’s daily schedule and workflow by prioritizing their requirements within a continuously adapting schedule
- Disseminate Senior Executive’s schedule to appropriate staff and act as a liaison between the Senior Executive and others
- Coordinate senior leadership travel arrangements and process travel vouchers
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of senior management meetings and events
- Host Senior Executive visitors by passing security clearances, coordinating visitor requests and parking, and escorting them to meetings
- Maintain an awareness of internal structural levels and hierarchy within the Agency
- Update and maintain records using the Agency’s records management system
- Maintain supply and equipment inventory and assist in the coordination of equipment repairs to ensure an efficient work environment
- Develop creative approaches and alternatives to the resolution of issues and problems
Skill Set:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper use of English grammar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage changing mission deadlines and requirements
- Effective time management skills
Required Education
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
Required Experience
- Five years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
